  1. I think you have a fantastic presentation, and make such an important point in relation to music and social issues. Music has long been used as an outlet for individuals to express their discontent with society. African American youth in general have long been profiled and mistreated for embracing and cultivating culture. I loved your use of lyrics to further highlight rap artists attempting to shed light on the unfairness in the structure of American society. I also think your presentation on the history behind rap and hip hop itself was incredibly effective.
